Counselling

For the mind, body, and everyday life.

Welcome.

Finding the right support can be a meaningful first step toward understanding yourself, building confidence, and creating lasting change. My counselling practice offers a compassionate, evidence-informed space to explore your experiences, develop practical tools, and reconnect with what matters most to you.

Finding calm, confidence, and connection in the rhythms of life.

Life is full of transitions, shifts, and seasons of change. There are moments when you may feel stuck, disconnected, overwhelmed, or like the things that used to work no longer fit. These moments can be opportunities to slow down, reflect, and better understand what you need to feel supported, connected, and well.

I specialize in supporting your relationship with yourself. This includes your habits, body image, inner dialogue, energy, motivation, boundaries, confidence, and sense of safety. This also includes your relationships with others and the environments you move through. Together, we can explore how your past experiences, attachment patterns, and current circumstances shape the way you think, feel, and respond.

My goal is to support you in building a life that feels healthy, meaningful, and sustainable — whatever that looks like for you. Through a collaborative process, we will work toward greater insight, emotional regulation, confidence, and practical tools that support lasting change.

My practice focuses on nervous system-informed care, behaviour change, and creating sustainable approaches to wellness that honour the connection between mind, body, and everyday life.
